Groups
- Adolescent Group - This group provides education to adolescents and young adults regarding more effectively managing symptoms of depression and anxiety which keep them from fully enjoying their lives and performing at their fullest potential. The group runs for 10 weeks and meets Thursday nights at 6 p.m
- Girls's Group - This group will consist of girls ranging in ages from 7-12 from all diverse backgrounds. Many issues will be explored in the group ranging from self-esteem, anger management, social skills development and an other issues that arise from the group activities.
